Champion of Champions logo 2016Andrew Rook from JC Rook & Sons has been named the winner of Champion of Champions 2016 in Londonís St Bartís Brewery on Monday 10 October. The winning sausage, ĎGrandadís Recipe Pork & Sageí, overcame competition from 20 other award-winning sausages from across the country.

Entrants were required to send two packs of the same sausage in, one cooked and one raw. The two were then compared for differentiations during an extensive morning of judging from a team of experts.
