Gill Guthrie is the new area sales manager, following roles at Mars, Britvic and eight years at Brakes Food Service.

Victoria Hope is joining the team as HR manager. Victoria will be responsible for company-wide HR delivery from the South Shields base of Dicksons and overseeing professional development routes for staff across the factory and 27 retail outlets throughout the region.

Chris Hayman, managing director at Dicksons said: “We are delighted to be welcoming Sarah, Gill, Rose and Victoria to our growing team of dedicated Dicksons staff.

“Each of our appointments carry a set of important responsibilities as we focus on growing our product range to a new set of retail and wholesale customers in locations throughout the region. With four key appointments now filled, we can look forward to supporting the senior additions to our team as they seek to deliver new opportunities for the business, and we wish them the very best of luck in their future careers with Dicksons.”
