New trends at Farm Shop & Deli Show

The Farm Shop & Deli Show in March will be displaying new trends, product launches, top talent and entrepreneurs within the artisan food and drink industry.

Taking place in Birmingham, the show will provide a platform for innovation and will follow on from last year where it was used as a launchpad for the industry’s most imaginative product launches.

Exhibitors include a wide range of businesses across the butcher, baker, farm shop and delicatessen sectors, such as Olives Et Al, Fosters Traditional, Lakeland CCs, Anthony Rowcliffe, COOK and JCS Fish.

Visitors will be able to attend seminars on business advice and will get the opportunity to receive insider tips and trade secrets, including how to use social media and PR to grow their brands.

There will be a new award for the Great New Idea which exhibitors will be encouraged to enter, in addition to a Dragon’s Pantry designed for entrepreneurs to pitch ideas to a panel of expert judges.

The show is incorporated within the Food & Drink Expo and will take place 24-26 March at the NEC in Birmingham.
