Tour of Highland Country Foods

A group of delegates from Iceland and Finland enjoyed a taste of the Highlands when they visited Forres on 14 February.

As part of the trip, the group of six visited Highland Country Foods on a tour aimed at building co-operation between Finland, Iceland and Scotland.

The focus was on the development of healthy, recreational foods for packed lunches, snacks and outdoor events.

The group toured Highland Country Foods with staff members Martyn Woodward, factory manager Jennifer Graham and Paul Wright as well as sampling some of the company's meat products.

Graham said she looked forward to sharing future ideas with the delegates on the development of new products.
