The Black Farmer sees continued success

Gluten-free meat producer The Black Farmer has experienced a week of triumph.

The company has seen success in a short experience of time with its premium pork gluten-free sausages being voted joint first place winners in the Good Housekeeping November issue blind Taste Test. In addition, its new pulled pork sausages has been shortlisted in the Specialist Category for this year’s British Sausage Week ‘Sausage of Distinction’.

Wilfred Emmanuel-Jones, the man behind The Black Farmer, said: “It is a real testament to the quality and flavour of The Black Farmer sausages that they should be recognised in this way by two independent panels.”

The firm is proud to use only RSPCA approved British pork, with its premium pork sausages containing a reported 90% meat content.

“The Black Farmer Pulled Pork sausages are new to the market this year,” continued Emmanuel-Jones. “The flavour was chosen by our fans in a poll to be our next new flavour, so to have them shortlisted from over 700 entries is a resounding endorsement of that choice.”
