New look for Cornish butcher James Kittow

Cornwall-based Kittows Butchers has been rebranded as James Kittow. 

Launched at the Royal Cornwall Show, the branding was developed by Falmouth design studio Sames + Littlejohns.

James Kittow supplies meat and fine foods to restaurants, retailers and consumers across the UK. It also offers a bespoke butchery service for other farmers and smallholders.

Owner James Kittow explained the new look. “It’s important that our brand represents our 130-year heritage and our reputation for outstanding butchery, traditional service, and of course, our award-winning sausages and hog puddings.”

He added that the new name was designed to alleviate confusion, due to other family members also involved in the food industry. “There’s Kittow’s of Fowey – owned and operated by my father, the Holmbush branch of the family, and myself at Kilhallon, so I felt the need, for all of us, to help our customers better understand who’s who.”
