2 Sisters wins with automated accounts project

2 Sisters Food Group has boosted customer service and back office speed and efficiency by implementing an automated accounts processing system.

The company has worked with Zensar Technology to adopt Robotic Process Automation in their shared services centre. 

The system focuses on streamlining the accounts receivables cash posting and allocation process.

Since the project began, about 97% of tasks have become automated, resulting in lean operations and time to complete task ratio. About £600m has been posted by Bots, speeding up payment processing, reducing time taken for cash posting by 90%.

This has freed up staff to engage more with customers and improve that relationship.
